Nick's passions are teaching, preaching, evangelism, and discipleship. He loves coming along side other believers, spurring one another on in the faith, and watching God do amazing things. He and his family joined the ministry of Timberline in 2013.

JAKE WILHELM
associate pastor
Jake and his family moved to Lacey and joined the church in the spring of 2023 to serve at Timberline. Jake loves helping people connect and apply the Scriptures to their lives. Jake enjoys getting on his bike and cycling around town and having conversations over a cup of coffee. He loves to hear how God is working in others lives and point people to their Savior.
Aaron powell
elder
Aaron is a servant hearted leader. He has a heart for others and desires to lead well in being a disciple of Christ. He and his wife Emily serve in a variety of ways at the church and in the community.
Stephanie Jackson
worship leader
Stephanie enjoys leading others in music and believes worship includes a daily conscious act of the will to seek, serve, and obey our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She is a wife and a mother to three children and serves the church in women's ministries.
Tony Gilbreath Jr
custodian
Tony recently joined Timberline. He loves Jesus and loves people. He’s passionate about caring for our beautiful building. Tony also works for Cornerstone Christian School and Black Lake Bible Camp.
Rachel Nedrow
treasurer
Rachel came back to Timberline in 2009. She and her husband T.J. retired from public service in 2019. Recently, Rachel took on the role of Treasurer to help steward our finances well. Rachel loves Jesus, our church family, and praying for and encouraging others.
Raymond Shipley
communications specialist
Raymond enjoys serving the church in various ways in order to glorify God. He is passionate about music and ministry, and endeavors to show the love of Christ through his daily life and actions. Raymond is a husband and father of three children and is proud to call Timberline Baptist Church home.
ANN MARIE PEARCE
office administrator
Ann Marie loves the LORD, loves her family, and loves serving others. She and her husband, Aaron, enjoy serving in multiple ways at Timberline. Ann Marie is blessed to be a mother to three boys. She enjoys cheering for her boys at sporting events, paddle boarding, gardening, hiking and soaking up as much sun as possible.
Emily Powell
office volunteer
Emily enjoys singing on the worship team, attending all extra church activities to get to know others and help in any way needed, and has had the privilege to help in the church office as a volunteer. Emily enjoys studying and growing in God’s word, playing piano, traveling, and being with family. She is happily married to Aaron, and they have a daughter and twins.
